Thank goodness we the people have attorneys such as Payam Tishbi who are movie script perfect . Mr. Tishbi has a something that many firms claim to have . It is this that separates him from the Billboard guys who claim to have what it takes to win your case. You know the ones who say they're going to be involved and are there to listen when things get tough. The attorneys who say they have the knowledge that enables them to become aggressive if it came down to fighting for your case. The ones that say what you want to hear stating they will take care of you and your needs with empathy when your days are filled with aches and pains from the injuries you sustain. I was in a really bad accident that my insurance didn't cover because it was a hit and run, but Tishbi Law Firm guided me through the legal process and won my case. They took a percentage but it was more than the insurance ever could've given me. That money helped pay for a new car, the state fees, and some of my tuition at the time.
Payam, Maritza and staff are professional, straightforward, attentive, thorough, and reliable. They help you understand the process and update you on your case. I had to go to several chiropractor and physical therapy appointments but it was worth it. They don't leave you questioning their motives or business because they explain everything and they're more than happy to answer further questions.
No funny business here. Unless there are other genuine lawyers like Payam, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've recommended friends and family to his firm and he has won their cases too. The people at this firm are real and the 5 star reviews are just as real. He really is the best.

I recently was rear ended on April 9, 2020 and was undecided on what to do. I went to a urgent care and was in pain due to being told I had whiplash from the car that hit me. I then proceeded to look for a attorney and came across Tishbi Law Firm. I contacted them and gave them my information regarding the accident and they took on my case. I did everything they asked of me not knowing the out come. I was set up with a chiropractor and had an MRI, I then seen a pain doctor and was given medication to get rid of the pain. My experience overall was professional. I felt that everyone at the law firm showed concern for my medical care. Payam Tishibi , Jennifer, Maritza, and Angela helped me through the process and handled everything even when I was unsure the end results. They were patient with me and responded to my questions and concerns via text/phone. Documents needed were signed through electronically via email: no paper or mailings.
