After an accident your sole focus should be recovering from your injuries and getting the appropriate medical treatment. It is crucial that you maintain frequent communication with our office regarding changes in your treatment, condition and access to adequate and appropriate medical care.
1.) COMMUNICATING & GATHERING
While you focus on your medical treatment we will communicate with the insurance company, gather accident reports, photographs, speak with witnesses, and hire investigators or experts, if needed.
2.) RESOLVING
We will assist in resolving all issues associated with your property damage, including loss of use, and rental needs, as well as assist in resolving issues with DMV and insurance companies.
3.) INVESTIGATING & EVALUATING
We will investigate all issues regarding insurance coverage, evaluate all applicable insurance policies and their benefits insure that you receive the maximum recovery possible.
4.) MONITORING & NOTIFYING
We will check in with you and your medical providers to see how you are progressing what further medical treatment is necessary, & give you updates on our investigation and your matter.
5.) PREPARING & NEGOTIATION
Once you have completed your medical treatment, or you and your doctors agree that you have healed as much as possible, we will gather all of your medical records, prepare and present a demand package to the insurance company and begin the negotiating process.*
*if no settlement is reached, a lawsuit may be filed
6.) RESOLVING & REDUCING
Once you accept a settlement offer we will attempt to reduce your medical bills with your medical providers, Medi-Cal, MediCare and other agencies as needed.
7.) DISTRIBUTING
After your case has been settle and all medical liens have been resolved we will provide you with a new disbursement for your review and approval before the final settlement check are issued.
